The book is a response to the current situation with the aim of helping not only professionals but also each of us to understand the complex issue of ageing and to find a balance for ourselves and society.

During all those years with survivor´s stories, I became more and more involved in various intergenerational programs. One of them is the project of Czech NGO Memory of Nation. Teenagers record stories of seniors in the local community. 

In 2019 I wrote two chapters about this program for book "Active gerontology or How to age well" published by Mladá fronta.
